I am very familiar with the company . In my opinion, the stock was so cheap compared to A trailing 12 month earnings. Tadano took advantage of the cheap stock price. I’m wondering if Terex is happy for what they will be receiving for their 5 percent stake? IMO this would be a great fit for MTW. The rental business fits and the can get more away from the tower crane business. However, it most likely would have to be a Hypothetical stock deal.
