Will any of that old concrete be strong enough to handle nuclear requierments?

Coal plants must have made the concrete brittle?

Smells like another boondoggle.

Edit

There is not one fitting in that plant that can be used in a nuclear plant.

Their is zero compatibility between a coal energy plant and any other power plant type.
