It was done w/ the help of Perplexity AI. The key for these REITs is their FFO (Funds from Operations). I look at the metric Price/FFO. Been successful buying REITs at 12x Price/FFO or less. ----------------------------------------------- Took a tracking position in Diamondback Energy (FANG) at $172.87. New position for me. Could be some Political fall out if EPA makes it more difficult to do 'fracking' in the Permian Basin where FANG has it's production. 8.8x PE and 6.24% div (I think this might be a variable dividend)
