Democrats criminally prosecuted Trump for winning the 2016 election Dems did not but you know that. He was impeached, rightfully so, for trying to extort a foreign leader. Democrats criminally prosecuted Trump for losing the 2020 election. It wasn't that criminally prosecuted him. A jury of his peers convicted him of breaking the law. That is the way it works in the US. If you break the law, you may get prosecuted. No one, even the Orange One is above the law
