HR, if someone sent you a private message and claimed that Mr. Monas was a white collar crook then I'm pretty sure I know who it is and that the initials are LE. I'm not sure what the post number was, but someone had relayed an email for Mr. Monas and it stated that he had his own private business for some years. It is clear to me that there are some whose words have to be tempered by their obvious agenda. As for Ira Monas, all I know is that since he has been on board, they have acquires Myriad, opened at least one office, and have an IT company in CA on the table as an acquisition which would allow them to expand IT into their major markets.

From the conference call, and various others who have independently verified from the company, Myriad had a net 1.8MM in '97, with mostly strong, long term contracts. Their ability to streamline their assets and centralize administrative tasks across offices should bring that figure up a bit.

I'm trying to stay away from BB's myself. Mostly, I'm doing heavy research into Tech stocks recently. Jin.

***TGSK*** is another CAGI. It became listed this past January @ 2 1/2 and drifted down to a low of $ .50, currently $ 1.00.

They made $.05 this Q and $ .29 for the year announced 2/17/98. 5.9 M shares outstanding and $ 15M in revenues.

Their only problem is they have only one Market Maker and just hired IR firm this past week. Don't take my word for it, do your own DD.

I once owned RNTK but sold last year when the S3 (floorless convertible) was issued. Read the CMYN thread to see what a floorless convertible can do to the price of a stock ($ 8 to 1/8th in 1 month).

As for FAMH I own a little of that but have sold 2/3 rds because of the delays in earning announcements. Prediction, if Ira doesn't release positive or any FAMH earnings on 3/1/98 (Sunday?????) this stock will drop to the low teens that Monday.
