The SEC should look into the AMD/DLJ connection!!!!!!! See

cnnfn.com

The growth has not been without its rough patches. In December, DLJ was among 30 Wall Street brokerages that agreed to pay more than $1 billion to settle a bruising lawsuit over allegations that the companies colluded to illegally set prices of more than 1,000 Nasdaq stocks.

Roby joined DLJ as an investment banker in 1972 and worked his way up through the ranks before ascending to his current post in February 1996. Roby is a director of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and Sybron International Corporation
