One more question (maybe two)-------------> Is there any chance that warrants could be extended? Will there be a press release before expiration regarding a decision on extension of the warrants if needed? Thanks, Richard

Hello Ralph, My daughter is quite familiar with Tamagouchi animals and it is an interesting comparison. your questions: 1) Both acquisitions in Spain and Malaysia have the ability to use our new materials which can improve their earnings, market share and growth. We also have some excess capacity for standard metallized films they can readily use. 2) First of all, all three companies are standing on their own. Secondly, with the advent of email, faxes, and cell phones we can all communicate very easily without headaches. So, in general, the answer to your question is that I do not see alot of additional demand for time, but see great benefits to our global, integrated approach. 3) I actually had NO idea we are listed in Berlin. 4) Earnings will be out asap. We are only waiting on our spanish accountants to finalize the numbers and then consolidate. Always easier said than done due to GAPP requirements now being imposed on the spanish facility. thanks for your interest 2)
