This will rekindle inflation.
Sorry, it won't. The only thing that's going to rekindle inflation is Trump's Tariffs and deportations. Barring that this inflation spike is over.

Slightly possible.

But it won't.

If we can get down to 2.0% inflation we will slowly work our way down to 3.5% Federal Funds rate.

Maybe two years?

The wild card is residential properties.

We should have built about 12 million more new single family homes since 2008.

It didn't happen..

It's going to take many years to get back to a balanced market in residential.

If ever...
