Show your work. Most ICBMs have MIRV'd warheads in the 800kt range. Now the total yield of all of the warheads on a particular ICBM is in the range you claim, but not a single warhead, which is your actual claim. There might be a few gravity bombs left in inventories somewhere that exceed a megaton, but they have been obsolete for a while. There just is no military need. ICBM silos have to reach the surface. If you can land a couple of hundred kt within a few dozen meters of a silo, that missile is not coming out. And that is pretty much the worse case. Lots of ways to bust occupied bunkers too, without gigantic bombs. Nope, the only reason for huge weapons is to instill terror. Which is why Putin makes the claims he does. His goal is to instill terror. But it is just propaganda. Which you are parroting. Why is that?

It isn't like nuclear weapons are a nothingburger. They aren't. But lying about them, deliberately or because you have been immersed in propaganda and don't know any better, doesn't help the situation at all. a lie in a good cause is still a lie. And hurts the cause.
