Ditch: It seems that they did not get that financing after all, doesn't it?

When the company puts out a positive report, the people who refuse to accept that there might be something to this company pounce on the "ambiguity" of everything..

However, if there is something negative that may be here, somehow it then becomes.."written in stone".

The funny part about it, is s martin could presented all that information you did, but chose not to..Why??

I liked that word you used..."whining",
it seems that the only "whining" that is being done here, is from the people that don't want to see people make money from this investment.

It's killing them, that the people who took a chance, may actually have made the right choice.

Remember, if one doesn't purchase a ticket, one can never win.

Because there is no 8-K filing about the matter, the logical conclusion to make is that they did not get the funding, but made a "cart before the horse" press release. I see no retraction of the release but the lack of a filing indicates that there was no stock transaction in that regard. The press release yesterday did not clear up many of the questions that have been posed. It was merely as you said a piece of fluff. It seems the announcement of two weeks ago was a bit premature. Those who bought into that fluff deserved to have their questions addressed more fully, IMO. I am still LMAO at Mr. Raabe's comment that he didn't know there was a market for penny stocks. <G>
