Joel,

First time on this thread - couldn't help commenting on your observation that management not as sure of themselves as in past...refer to 1997 Annual report where CEO didn't seem to set any specific "targets" for growth in 1998 like he did for 1997 in his '96 report. I think INVX's management is excellent, but I'm a bit uneasy...

On a personal note, I own both INVX & HTCH (and QNTM to boot) and have taken it in the shorts the past few months (bought all these in the 30's) - buying a baby grand piano in 6 weeks and may have to sell one of these to raise $ - any sage advise?

Joel, A dose of caution is never bad. Always best to preserve capital and seek to do battle only in spots and at times that you select. That said I still like INVX. They have a solid competitive position and a reasonable cash balance for "offensive action"....

The recent acquisition of CCIR by HDCO makes me wonder if there will be a flex capacity acquistion period....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
