Seems to me that the "DK" could be avoided simply by requiring that all trade calls be recorded. If not a requirement, it might be wise for a sophisticated firm (maybe Yamner) to do it unilaterlly.

When I was calling in trade requests to several brokerages, I knew that those calls were automatically recorded. So, the brokerage is covering itself against miscommunication or misunderstanding between its broker and the customer....why not between the broker/dealter and the clearing broker?
