HC & Larry, I remember hearing over 2 months ago that the main assembly equipment has been successfully debugged and operated at near 100% of design capacity. This equipment, of course, is in Ireland. It would therefore appear that the majority of problems are now solved and that the focus is on mixing and handling the laminates, which they have done successfully for a long time with the smaller machine in Henderson.

They must now be very confident of being able to solve remaining problems or they would not have gone over the newswires with their anticipated production schedules. I remember it was often stated on this thread how significant it would be if the company began stating such info publicly. It would appear that they have now made a commitment.

They were definitely not this far along when the stock ran to 10 last year! Remember that Cal should have finished his selling by now to raise $ to exercise his options and the market is therefore not anticipating more such selling or a CEO resignation that drove the price down to the 4's.

Remember also that several investment pros have stated that Valence has more upside potential than any other opportunity they have experienced in their careers! They already have substantial positions but I have a feeling they are finding VLNC very attractive at the present price range.

I don't believe we will again see 4.5 so I believe it wise to accumulate while it is still in the 5's and 6's.

Regards, FMK
