That is not even bait to buy. Wesley Chapel 33545 is going to get a lot cheaper. When FLA tanks it tanks no half way measures. in 2007 FLA real estate went off a cliff.. $75,000 mark down is falling down 3 stairs. sold a house we bought in Fort Lauderdale for 350 in 2006 broker called us in 2008 asked us if we wanted to buy it back for 150. That is when my wife surprised me and said she had enough of Fla. .
