What article?

And what nonsense.

You don't think African Americans know who is helping them and who is hurting them?

Who is their friend and who is their enemy?

What legislation was more important to African Americans than the 1964 civil rights act ending segregation in the south?

It was the African American and liberal and moderate Democrats that put that legislation forward and the Republican party that opposed it.

That is why virtually all of the African American members of congress are in the Democratic party, and African Americans vote around 90% for the Democratic party.

And after that vote most Dixiecrats quit the Democratic party and became Republicans and used the racist Lee Atwood southern strategy to try and keep blacks down.

PS I have years of experience in government administration, and university work about social planning and the theories you post are nothing but right wing myths, and not taught as fact at any serious university in the country!
