Emil,

MVIS continues to make inroads with the military. The Army clearly likes the VRD enough to look at using it for telemaintenance, telemedicine and other applications to give the company yet another contract for further research. It looks like the company is continuing to diversify the use of the VRD not just exclusively for military applications but for potential lucrative civilian applications as well. MVIS continues to stay on track with it's business plan, perhaps to the streets' surprise - judging from the increased volume today.

The Army wants to use the HMD for helicopter pilots in an "operational flight simulator." What exactly is a "operational flight simulator"? Thanks in advance for any information on this.

I personally am looking forward to the day when that keyboard shoved under a TV, called the PC, is replaced with the VRD and a tiny voice recognition computer.
