ARCC is not in the red. I loaded up on BDC's as interest rates were rising, that's when they usually perform well.

With interest rates now declining, I have been trimming back or selling the BDC's over the past 3 months.

The OFP 2.0 has 3 objectives.

1. Growth
2. Income
3. Capital Preservation

The momentum the BDC's have shown has died down, so capital preservation comes into play. I don't want to give back gains to the market.

With the proceeds from the ARCC sale I will be adding to:

AFL .. CAVA .. CMG .. BRK.B .. PGR .. SPY

These companies have been showing upside price momentum, well BRK.B not as much, so in preserving capital from what I think will be a declining asset, I'm rotating to growth potential. At least that's the thought process. I could end up being wrong.
