I found this on ETFs with REFR.

My guess it was iShares Micro-Cap ETF

As of Friday their investment in REFR was 70,145 shares

That is the exact same amount of shares held in August.

In June they held 67,625

So here's my question. If the Russell Microcap added shares on Friday, will the ETF IWC have to do it as well? Or is it one and the same?
