Update on Devins, from the source:
As of last Thursday, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental
Protection (MADEP) ruled that because Mass BioConversion moved the
location of the building (on the approved site), they would have to
re-submit the application. Rather than do this, Mass BioConversion
elected to withdraw the application. Jim Coull has stated (in the local
press) that he intends to submit a new application. He says it will be
for the same site, but no one is sure.

The reason they tried to move the building is because well after the
application was filed, an environmentally sensitive type of wetland
called a vernal pool was found right where they intended to build the
plant. According to an article in the February 14th edition of the
Lowell Sun, Coull said "We discovered the vernal pool when we verified
the topography. As a matter of fact, they did test holes to check for
drainage and never saw it."

So much for good planning!
Now if the truths hurt and you don't want to know it,please don't read my posts.

Devins, meeting/hearing on the 24th there seems to be some sort of
ignorance about the process anyways from what I gather TT engineers ect will all be there to clear up any misunderstanding that has been ocurring regarding the process this meeting is for the state of Mass.

I look forward to the outcome of this meeting as I am a believer of TT Technology and IMO it is second to none. I cant see this going in any direction other then positive.

Regards,
