>You certainly aren't required to respond.<

Very true, its not part of my job......see note below on this topic.

> It also is beginning to look like your dragging your feet on the price and ordering part of the Araldica web page.<

1) The Araldica home page clearly states that it is "under construction";one of the many components of this site will be selected product listings ( the word "selected" is used simply because we have well over 1,000 products available, and there is no point in cluttering up the web site with all of them); it is currently being worked on (and will be continually updated) , and we are under no pressure to complete it until we are pleased with the result. [see #3]

2) Actually the Credit Card companies are dragging there feet.....the first two we called did not respond to us very quickly when they found out that we were a small company that would not be pulling in a few thousand dollars a week. I was trying to get us a CC company that would NOT rape us on intrust charges and per transaction fee's. It took the first "major" company almost a month to return our phone calls....but your right....I'm dragging my feet.

3) Anyone desperate to order our products (remember wine is only in NYS) should contact the company directly (telephone, fax and e-mail all work well), explain what products they are interested in ordering (see web site page araldica.com for a list of possibilities), obtain the prices and either order or go away.

>....but, I think it would be appropriate if you would inform Mr. Barggren, owner of the Inn.<

Oh, but my "DD" says he knows a lot more than he thinks I know. Besides it is not my job...I'm the Webmaster and will go back to doing that.

From this day forward, all information can be obtained from writing or faxing the company directly. This will ensure that a correct response to all questions will be given.

Araldica Wineries, Ltd.
2 Hamilton Avenue, Suite 207
New Rochelle, NY 10801

Fax Number: 914-636-0518

These two forms of response will be replied to the quickest. Any others will take a bit longer.

As before, I will keep an eye on this thread (and a few others) and will occasionally post, but I am going back to my main focus: the web site.

Well Ned, I guess congratulations are in order. You ask the same questions over and over and you'll eventually get your answer. Matt has been telling us that certain information could not be released here until it had been released "legally". We sure don't have to worry about him misleading us or leaking anything now. On top of that, now that he won't be posting here he will have no reason to "drag his feet".
He can stick to his job of just being the Web-Master. So with all the sincerity I can muster, THANKS-a-LOT!!

JOE
