…and PS, If I missed intent I’ve been on the road for a bit. And for those that have said I post sporadically, I usually post daily on “Politics for Conservatives”. I don’t choose to post something twice (I consider these 2 threads sister thread). But I do read this thread. If the consensus is for me to post here instead, I’ll do that. I just can’t see this thread going to SI, not their charter IMO. Jim

I have not been fishing for being moderator. I was looking for a rule enforcement. Something I feel certain HB would have done when she was healthy. This is what I said about how things were and how I would have liked to see Honey_Bee's wishes honored. I support FJB if he's willing and am happy with what JBC has done. Pretty sure I know who the real troublemakers are. Message 34832295 I realize hands were tied on FJB's selection, and now on GZ's selection. GZ violated the rules. FJB perhaps did not honor HB's wishes to be more open to no ignores. I don't know. AFAIK, the moderator with the keys let it slide that a ban worthy violation was committed. If SI Ron holds all the "keys" now and when I reported it, then I would have liked to know that it was all SI at that point. No one said anything to me about my request for a rule review. You made the statement that you did have the ability at one point. I don't know when that ability ended. For sure it's ended now. It's a moot point now if SI won't allow bans. Rules seem to be out the window if you can't enforce them. My post to you was directly after you said you had police power, so was that already over when you said that? I like your thread - just haven't been there in a while. I know you're not here sometimes, but you'd been posting today and I had gotten no reply from a few days ago, so that looks like a possible "ignore" was put in place. Someone did add one ignore to me last week. Must have been someone else. Back to news and views. So far Wild West is better than selective enforcement of rules and insults from people contending to be the thread boss. Not you - the other guy.
