An interesting site, especially the linked sites of Cassini's critics. But the planetary slingshot maneuver is well established and I don't think the sky is ready to start falling in from the Cassini Saturn probe. It is more likely that the Terror would come from a multi-megaton rogue asteroid, perhaps one of the Apollo or Icarus asteroids that often cross Earth's orbit unpredictably.
