I dont doubt that you have some very valid points...shorts go after tiny companies and try and manipulate.....short interest is not that high though, if stock drops it is longs selling in most cases, people want to cash out for various reasons, cant say any drop is shorts....but i dont doubt they may try and stop runs and paint at days end down as we see on such a high percentage of days.....overall, with a small short interest it wont matter, they will be crushed again when it runs up like before...they should have shorted view and crown instead....they seem fascinated with joe so maybe they cant get away and it is personal, who knows, it wont matter much over time, short interest is small and i dont blame it when price is down on any day....

Yahoo is a joke as he is of course..., real refr investors read here, people with money invested, people who can change the price of the stock, people who want real news and insights.....some good, positive posts on stockwits about refr and yahoo too. i read all those and see kevins blabber..., appreciate the posters fighting the fight there as there are positive posts as well on those boards.... ...i stick to here as the base is here and people who will buy or sell and are serious about company will follow the more detailed site vs. goofy yahoo or stockwits. although they can matter and i appreciate the people defending refr there against the bs... ...any news on refr will be posted here on si immediately because there are a few people who always are looking for breaking things, that is a plus...... Kevin, who's bashed REFR on the SI board posts nonstop on Yahoo REFR Discussion board. He's been posting his garbage for over 20 years!!
