He says on page 4 of the Feb report that while CIEN claims to begin shipping their 100 GPS system this month ( which was announced June 96 ), "Ciena will not acknowledge any new development work or product plans which will keep them in the race with the likes of Nortel and Lucent". He thinks the departure of David Huber has hurt their WDM development. For these reasons he is removing them from his Telecosm Technology Table.
