Civi. do they pay an annual special dividend? or are you talking about buy backs. there was a write up on value investor thread two years ag. The stock looks like it declined a bit since then . they also have a bunch of debt and two major shareholders who own like 50% of the shares. The question i am asking myself is what will the price of oil be in 5 years 10 years 15 years. and I have no idea.

mIcron up strongly ah. softbank up 4% in japan. baba and bidu up 8% in hong kong. nasdaq futures up 1.5%. Josh Brown pointed out that with at least 2% in rate cuts anticipated. Money market funds will like likely decline from 5% to 3% that should mean trillions moving back into the stock market eventually.
