LOL, on that one. If smartin were on the BOD, I would want to know immediately. <gg> I think Steve, who I think was in charge last time I looked, is very saavy to penny stocks, since that's his mkt location, and I have a suspicion that he will inform all, as he sees fit, in order to take his co. to levels it's never been.
