WHAT BOB GRUDER DUMPS MORE STOCK !!!

Nothin' like some good insider selling.

Gee I wonder why your buddy BOB DUMPED some more shares right before the official FYE 1997 numbers come out!

>>> no big deal <<< ????

says who ?

This is just another example of how the ALYD shareholders will get F&^*ED once the real FYE 1997 numbers come out.

just my opinion

Tech Master,
Robert Gruder sold 50,000 shares in July 1997, and also sold 50,000 before that(probably about a year ago). Someone please check the sale that was done before 7/97. I hope we are not seeing an act of selling here. Gruder went from selling 50,000 shares at a time to 100,000 this time. WHAT'S NEXT? A MILLION SHARES? TECH MASTER, I don't agree with you that it will take Mr. Gruder that long to get rid of his stock.
If Mr. Gruder sold to an institution, then why haven't they supported the stock? If Mr. Gruder wants institutions to buy stock, why not do a secondary offering to institutions? Stay Tuned, TRUTH
