John, You don't seem to know much about defamation, in the first place... in this country, we are free to express opinions, even if someone like you doesn't agree with them. Where would FAMH file a defamation suit? In New York? Given the facts of Immuno vs. Moor-Jankowski... I doubt it. Believe it or not, I could call Ira a scumbag and liar in every post if I so chose, and not be defaming him. Tons of precedents on this point. I choose not to, however. If I said that he committed murder, however, that would be different... Saying that these numbers look incredibly screwed up is not going to send me to hell or to court. This board harbors the opinions of individual investors... if someone says they think FAMH profits are greater than .11, will they be sued? Somehow I doubt it. They are free to say it. They are wrong, but hey, fine with me. I doubt the SEC has time to investigate every laughable claim made by non-reporting companies. <<<<Then you have to ask yourself this question ? Does a poster on SI have that kind of influence ? I doubt it. This stock will rise or fall on it's own merit, not L.E.'s merit. I don't think he can move or shake this stock. He can express an opinion....>>> How true, Freddie. Thanks for taking the edge off the paranoia here. A final question: If the company has nothing to hide, why is it so busy hiding: 1) end of 1996 balance sheet, 2) the name of the NYC company they acquired, 3) the "corporate heirarchy" profit calculations (unless of course, they don't know yet how they arrived at .11)... 4) the name of the European "financier" 5) the Myriad audit, unless they bought it without an audit, something Ira swore he would not do; 6) the date/month/year the Miami and Long Island offices will be open... and so on... FAMH: You can't prove anything! Yours in free speech, Little Engine P.S. Waiting for the audit to prove the numbers make no sense seems like letting someone beat you up to see if he will actually kill you.
