Like many of my contemporaries I have a variety of daily pains. I've found the best solution for me is endorphins.

When endorphins kick in may well be on a case by case basis but for me it's always been connected to heart rate hence daily cardio and daily endorphins. This morning I did a low intensity 38:26 minutes(longer than usual) workout which I enjoyed and once my bpm got to somewhere around 100 any pain I was experiencing went away. My interval was 74 to 117 but for most of that time somewhere just above 100.

The endorphin 'high' lasts for some time post workout.
