You can play denial all you like. But Brenda and her team mentioned about the taxing of unrealized stock gains as a good idea. Fortunately for you, you have been bearish most of your life so you are not affected by that.

MD is hardcore Democratic on a Federal level. On a State level, NY, MA and MD will elect moderate Republican Governors, but that's about it.

Hogan is finished in the Republican Party. He will need to switch over to Dem to have any chance of winning again, which I doubt he will do.
