DHA, the more I learn about it the more important is seems to be for brain, heart and eye health.

Sea food is always at the top of foods professionals seem to say one needs to eat.

It is fundamental to all the cells and brain, and being deficient in it seems to cause many health problems, demenia being the worst--well besides death-lol.

And the Omega 3's need to be marine based. The 3's found in vegetables like walnuts, and flax seed have no DHA.

My kid hates sea food. I mean really hates it. Can't even stand the smell.

But I harped on it so much she finally got a supplement at a health food store that uses some sort of marine algae?

She says she can gag it down if she doesn't think about it-lol.

I'll watch it.

PS I eat some sort of sea food almost every day, with salmon as my top one and sardins next.

I love lox.

I love smoked oysters, but only ones from South Korea, nothing from China.

And I eat a lot of small wild shrimp.

I know they say don't use fish oil anymore so I have to learn how to eat the real stuff.

Do you still have Netflix? Try watching Will & Harper. I'd like to hear your opinion.
