Yep,

It's all about risk assessment.

And the risks and losses are increasing.

Building codes need to meet the reality of AGW, especially in low lying areas near the shoreline and flood prone areas.

A minimum of 20 feet ASL on the coastline in the SE.

The Gulf, Florida and up the eastern seaboard to Canada.
