Tech Master,
RE: >>>WHAT'S NEXT? A MILLION SHARES? <<<

>>>Acording to your profile, you claim to be a professional and highly educated. If you understood the laws regarding 144 sales, you wouldn't make such an uninformed comment.<<<

I did not mean to imply that Mr. Gruder would sell one million shares, because Mr. Gruder is in this for the long haul. What I was trying to say, before it got misunderstood by you, was Mr. Gruder can't court the institutions himself. There is no doubt in my mind that the shares were sold to an institution.
Now, can we use our heads and find a way to get more institutional ownership? How about we start by getting a person or company that is respected by the street to handle ALYD'S voice to the market. Couple that with a secondary, and I think we will look good.
The revenues and profits will not be a problem, because you can bet your as- Mr. Gruder will be on top of that. Let Bob Gruder do what he does best; GROW ALYDAAR SOFTWARE CORPORATION. But leave the market to someone who knows it, Bob Gruder doesn't. Bob Gruder has done a great job, better than I thought one ENTREPRENEUR could ever do.

Tech Master,
The law on rule 144 concerning Mr. Gruder is: Mr. Gruder can sell the GREATER of 1) 1% of the outstanding shares of ALYD, or 2) the weekly average for four weeks prior to the sale, less any sales that Mr. Gruder or his family might have done.
So Tech Master, there are approximately 17.5 million shares outstanding x 1%= 175,000 shares could be sold under #1 above. I'll let you TECH MASTER figure out #2 above, if you can? After you get the result from #2, compare it to #1 and take the greater of the two.
REMEMBER, THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE ONCE EVERY 90 DAYS. Is this explanation of rule 144 easy enough for you to understand TECH MASTER? If I have made one little mistake, don't crucify me, I'll just post the actual law next time. I was just trying to make it easier for Tech Master to understand. <gggggg>
