This is not to imply that I have any knowledge that anyone else does not have, but my level of conviction is somewhere off of the chart.

We will have a deal shortly.

Darby has always done everything she has said that she would do. She has her shareholders in mind in all of her decisions. She has dedicated her life to this goal, she is a winner, and we are winners because of her.She is working on a few offers, and is going to maximize the results. I am not in a position to comment on her state of mind, but I guess she feels pretty good, because she is close to the end of one of her biggest dreams and achievements in her life. We as her partners are going to benefit greatly from her efforts, along with Fred Frank and Dr. Maisels,Holzman, and her great team behind her.

I know I am a broken record, but I STRONGLY recommend you stop for a minute and think about what happens after the deal. We have a huge market in dentistry. In Bilirubin a heel prick is done on a baby at the present time. By definition a baby has 2 heels. How many teeth do you have? How many caps are done in dentist offices all over the world each year. How about an exact match for your color preferences on your teeth, without going back and forth to the labs?

How about cosmetics, a $7 billion industry. Perhaps a small percentage of that market with a large partner.

How about hair coloring?

How about the other "chromogenic" diseases where our technology has applications?

It ain't over until the Fat Lady sings, and she hasn't even hummed yet.
