I would be interested in finding out whether Ven SC has ever said that a decision is final, before, in any other instance, and then recanted prior to the decision. David? Marcos? Jesus? Josez? anyone!!

Thank you for responding. The FP has been quite unbiased actually,
they have talked about Atkinson's target etc. My take on Gomez'
comment of no appeal is simply that if this APPEAL by KRY is denied,
there will be no appeal. If the appeal is not denied, then it will
go to full trial. PDG lawyers have represented this since day 1. FP
has confirmed this and that's why they have printed it. Call the Editor and ask for his source.
