Masks dont do anything against viruses. They would have to seal (they dont) and if they did they are classified as a Respirator and you need a medical evaluation to wear one which includes lung capacity and cardio function. Its a farce. Its theatre. Not to mention the weave of the masks is like stopping mosquitoes with a chain link fence. They also trap bacteria, cause gum disease, reduce O2 to the brain etc. Need I continue?

Good info from your link...

Table 1 shows masks do increase the baseline time expected to get an infectious airborne dose of covid in a given circumstance.

That time, in the table, is 15 minutes for someone not wearing a mask, and goes as high as 2.5 hours for someone wearing a fit-test N95, with just the "receiver" wearing a mask.

A surgical mask affords 30 minutes of protection, vs. 15 minutes with no mask.

I'll take the surgical mask with a 2X advantage, or a non-fit-tested N95 with a 5X advantage any time.

The protection goes up significantly if the infected person (probably you) is also wearing a mask, but the chances of convincing you to do that seem very low, despite the fact that you have apparently read and understood the information contained in the link you sent me.
