I don't see why the left considers Melania's pro-choice stance as bad for the Trump campaign.

Trump is trying desperately to paint himself as noncommittal when it comes to abortion.

No one really believes him, though, because all of his supporters have expressed desires to restrict or even outlaw abortion.

Enter Melania, who comes out as staunchly pro-choice.

Whether you think her stance matters to Trump or not, the key is that she muddies the waters and makes Trump at least seem less likely to ban abortion.

And yes, some of Trump's staunchly pro-life supporters may reconsider their support ... but only for a moment.

That's because in the end, they know exactly whom they're supporting. A rapist, convicted felon, serial philanderer, and pathological liar who at least fights hard for "their side."

And all of his character flaws, all of his self-contradictions, won't matter, because they never did.
