Trading in markets, you've never experienced a false move, before bull/bear/trend change?
Maybe you've never heard the phrase "fool the most", meaning a panic can be to upside or down..
Obviously.. IF we are in the middle of a trend (Dow 60-65k target) panics could be in opposite what most expect

Read what he says IF we'd gone the other direction, as many expected.

This true? Kinda reminds ya govt also capable of false moves creating a panic..
