The Omega 3's need to be marine based, so beans won't do it.

Although research shows eaters of beans live longer as a rule.

Like I said, the Tiny Tot sardines are my favorite as they are 12 to 20 to a can, so they are very small and eat plankton, and are paked in olive oil.

They taste great. I eat them with crackers. I also like kippered snacks.

And I like the fact I am eating the entire fish, bones, skin, liver, and all

So those little sardines are babies eating stuff that has almost no mercury, like larger fish do over the years from eating other fish who have built it up e.g. large rock fish, large tuna, swordfish, etc.
