With all the activity, this new information sounds like there was definitely people in the know. At their current levels, it would be easy for someone to "buy into" their setup. Their management and financials are issues, but at these levels you could do some shake-up and buy a really cheap company. You would really have to try to screw things up to not make a profit at this level (yes, it's still possible :-) We'll all see, soon enough.
