BM, First, let me congratulate the entire thread in driving me certifiable. I have concluded that all of the posters are actually manifestations created by my fears and hopes regarding Ligand. I have been trying to understand the logic or lack thereof of unwinding the arbitrage position. Can you explain why a group would sell off the LNGD warrants at 5? The idea they are not biotech investors does not seem to explain shooting oneself in the foot. I suspect there is a lot more to this story. Perhaps some of the Ligand threadsters would like to postulate a few new theories.

Bernie, Re: Courtney Willfore. NASD Regulation president Mary Shapiro warned that new Internet surveillance technology won't be able to find the sources of all messages that fraudulently tout stocks because of the widespread use of aliases. Hopefully, CW, the poor child, had a better reason for the alias. Bernie.
