Neither psychic or insider, common sense will take you a long way if you let it. First you have a company that lies, then you have people calling NASD and the SEC daily to complain that they can't get their certs on a penny stock, false press releases, late filings, hypesters on the internet...voila... recipe for a halt. It doesn't hurt to wear the foil hats. <G>

I also seem to remember how various emails/postings were frequently sent to the SEC as well. Well you all got your wish. The SEC did get involved and found the company's information was lacking as several of the Nays were claiming. If they had been on the level with everyone, this stock would be trading now. But then you know that, don't you?? I understand your denial and can sympathize. Regards, Ron
