Nadine, I liked the eps and they were right in line with what I expected. However, the stock is down because the Y2K business does not represent as much of the business as some had hoped, just $7 million. Many bought this issue with a once-over style of analysis and thought it was all Y2k. I look at it a different way. I think the growth of the Y2K business in addition to the other products and, mostly, services, is positive for the long haul. And they will get more Y2K business as the date approaches.

IMHO, a 50% eps gain on MORE shares is refreshing from all the eps we see that were phonied up by buybacks. MB
