Northam,
How do you know if he hasn't repented for what he has done?
Because he denies ever doing it.
Also, where is your proof that he has done these things. There has been no actual proof, they have all been accusations.
He lost a civil case based on the preponderance of the evidence.

He lost a criminal case based on actions that were proven to have taken place.
