Glad you got in on this. I tried to short it through Fidelity at 17 1/2 and the order was rejected twice. :(

HEPH back in nose-bleed territory today....
I may look to go short again soon...but not quite yet.
HEPH still lacks fundamentals for a long position IMO (although I did not dig much)

Some TA for today....
When looking at the chart for 1998, HEPH has been in a steep uptrend overall. It's been a bumpy uptrend, but none-the-less a steep one with lots of volitility. A trading stock.<VBG> HEPH took out a new high today (HEPH almost hit 20). But it settled back down over a point off it's day high. Loosing steam? Perhaps. To early to tell. But given the fact that we are taking on new highs, simple oscillators are not really of much help in determining reversal signals. We need a pause in trading over a few days, and then a second reversal after a failed attempt at a new high. I would say go short then. So I will watch this one for a day/two or three.

Volume closed above the 21DVMA (Day Volume Moving Average) today and volume has been increasing for the last 3 days. Bullish.

HEPH broke thru the upper envelope of the Bollinger Bands today. I would never short a stock the next day following an envelope breakout. Very Bullish.

MACD Histogram Crossed over 0 yesterday and his heading up. Kinda-bullish.

Smoothed Rate of Change is currently trending against price. Due to the quick change in direction of HEPH and the window I use (21 days) that is to be expected. No read.

RSI is rising fast and just crossed over 70. Bullish.

Bostian's Accumulation Distribution lines had a bullish crossover on 3/11 and they have been repelling since yesterday. Today's close marks the 1st day they have begun to close in on each other. No read (although when they cross that is another story).

Ultimate Oscillator...This one gave the grand-daddy of bearish readings today....a divergence with price. I use UO often with other stocks, but it has proven to give numerous false readings in the past with HEPH. No read.

Given that a new high was taken out today, with volume of about 1/3 that of it's levels when HEPH was trading at 18 1/2 about a month ago. More volume (there is plenty of room still) would no doubt bring on a big price jump. IMO a dangerous short now. After looking at the numbers I have almost talked myself into a long position. <G>
Nah....missed alot of the ride already.;-)
I'll catch it on the way down.<VBG>

Regards,
