Worskwick: Bihar sounds like the wild-wild-West.

Never been there,I hear there is no rule of law, lots of guns, main passion for school boys is fighting, wrestling and other physical activities,....hummm I got to check'em out next time I am over there.Seems like a wild place. Sort of like the North West Frontier state in Pakistan,it seems.

Gold Rush and Diamond-hunt.

Worswick: Listen, what do you think this 'gold rush' is all about?
I know a large portion in used in ornaments but that doesn't explain a lot of it. Perhaps a lot of it is deployed as 'surrogate currency' in the 'underground economy',you think?
