Democrats think they can control the weather There's a big difference between them thinking they can control the weather (if only they had $50T to spend) and ACTUALLY controlling the weather like Moscow Marge believes. And no, I don't think Marge is playing 4-D chess here. Instead, she's appealing to her base, who don't even possess the IQ to play checkers.
