15.8m with 11.5m outstanding. They definitely will have to issue more shares or am I missing something. I'm surprised that the shares are trading higher. EPS will have to be revised and the effect will be dilutive.

That where I made my mistake else I'd have held this one a little longer. But it's ok. I'd have gotten a few $100 more.

Whenever it comes up .. in may, I think. I don't have the details and nobody has provided it. I think CA has the option to convert it to common shares at $3 a share which i don't see happening. Or is it that CNTRC has the first option to repay them.

I'm glad too. I took a small postion just under 5. CIEN is one where I missed the bus and instead jumped onto SHVA. I watched CIEN between 18 and 20 and saw it go all the way. I didn't have the resorces and I didn't know anything about options and wasn't smart to open a margin account. Anyway, hindsight is always 20/20 :)

I see the price going down to $1 (if they anounce the issuing of new shares). I might jump in later after the 30 days if the shares are trading where I expect them to. I'm just not happy to see this baby go down on me (NO innuendos) :)

What do you think of AINN, VNWK?

Shiv.

I would like to know when this transaction will take place (settling with CA)

From the tone of the whole announcement, it has to be pretty soon - I would guess that they need the debt to be turned into equity before NASDAQ has a look into their books at the end of the week.

This was quite a stellar effort. I had discounted a debt/equity swap on the basis that since it was CA's debt, they would simply "take the company". Although I suppose it does give some idea exactly how much appeal Centura's technology has for CA....

It's certainly a considerable gamble for the new investors. The business plan must be very impressive.
