Never thought of myself as that! :-)
BUT I will be taking up where I left off at the BK court on Tues. I believe I am very close in uncovering a means of forcing the company to have a shareholder's meeting. I don't know why I need to force them because it is required by a public company. If I find what I need I will be filing papers to be heard!
