The following is a third hand composite paraphrased report from two people who attended this week's BCAM Annual Meeting

There were approx. 30 people who attended the meeting. This is about triple from last year's meeting

Michael Strauss., CEO. presented a strictly "upbeat, full of confidence message," did an excellent job of putting the presentation together.

Apparently the biggest potential is the development of the micro-valve which will open tremendous new markets for the company. They have finished the prototype and feel that sometime later on, probably toward the end of the year, that this micro-valve will be in production

According to one of the people who attended the meeting It has "monster potential"---- "could be very, very big"--- "Just a huge market for this product!" They can sell this product to any company --- its nonexclusive to anyone.

This should speed things along with a number of markets including the recliner market, the mattress market, auto market, airline market and with their own medical shoe arena --- specifically with Reebok. Reebok has been waiting for this evidently.

Both people at the meeting were very impressed ,also, with Robert Wong who is VP of the company and Chief Technology Officer. He is very low key, very professional, understates things but people could tell that he was extremely excited and confident about the company's potential -particularly the potential of the micro-valve

They are looking at several acquisitions in the medical shoe/orthotic arena that would add substantively to the top line revenues of the company,

They are apparently are close to an agreement with a major recliner company and that recliner company hopes to show off a product at the High Point NC Furniture Show which takes place on April 23 of the is year.

It's also more than likely that Sealy Mattress /Company is close to finalizing an approval of a product from BCAM and hopefully that product will be on the market sometime in the reasonably neat future.
It is also likely, according to executives of the company, that the integrated circuit technology that is incorporated as an optional feature in the Cadillac Seville STS 1998 model year will become a standard feature of the STS Seville in the 1999 model year and it is also likely that it will be on other Cadillac model cars either as optional or standard.

It is also very likely according to Company executives, that this product will be incorporated in the car seats of several other US or foreign automobiles in the 1999 model year and it's also conceivable - quite conceivable --- that during this year that product will be in airline seats.

The major focus of the company is top line revenue growth and if they achieve these acquisitions that potentially represents explosive growth

It is likely that the company will make a profit in at least one quarter of this year but it is not likely until the be until the 3rd of 4th quarter.

Their focus again is tremendous revenue growth at this moment. The nature was very upbeat and very positive

Don't know about "Ergo-man."

Hope this helps.
